These stupid mfs don't know how to read. Everytime I order, I have to ask for extra sauce because my pizza is typically dry if I don't. If you idiots are out of garlic parm or running that low, say so before a mf leaves the store! These idiots really watch me walk outside with a dry ass pizza when it's ABC simple as 123 to let me know while I'm standing in their faces, that they're out of my requested sauce, and to ask if I'd like something on the side which I gladly would say yes to. But nope. The manager needs to do a better job managing the staff to better manage these kinds of issues. Speak tf up and do your job. Bunch of sorry mfs.

I am really disappointed I expected better service even with a tip added I get that the personal was not able to enter but could’ve waited till I came down not even 5 min to pick up left my things on the floor I want a refund for this this is inexcusable

So this was gross. My daughter likes the chicken wings so we ordered. The pizza was blah. The garlic twists were flat and hard as rocks. The cheesy tater tops were burnt. We would like our money back.

They messed up on my delivery tonight and I wasn't happy about it, but they handled it beautifully. They remade my order and delivered it hot and fresh from the oven. This is the freshest Domino's pizza I've had in a really long time. Nice job on the recovery effort!

Making this review specifically because the dude working tonight was awesome. Manning down the fort by himself during a busy 9:30pm rush and still managed great customer service. Never seen someone work so fast in my life ?

Says they are open till 1AMYes, 1AM. I call now it's 11pmThey are open till 1 and he won't let me order a pizza to pick up.I literally live right across the street, the CLOSEST condo to them about 30 seconds ( no joke ) away.I go there weekly and they even answered and won't let me get a pizza?!?! And he even said they are open. I'm so confused. I go there weekly and about to stop. You are open, Noone lives closer to you than me. You are open till 1 am. It us now 11pm. WHY CANT I GET A PIZZA?I'm 30 seconds away??? Ridiculous!
Terrible customer service!!! Whoever picked up the phone at 10:35am on 4/16 at NE 12th location in Bellevue was rude, over talking!!! Wish I could cancel the order! Nasty!!!!

ONLINE ORDERING: Online ordering (once you log in, make an account and add your payment) is pretty simple and they often show coupons and deals you can apply. CONSISTENTLY GREAT: Every order came to us hot, perfect, with no issues with the food or the delivery. THE KIDS LOVE IT: Big hit with the kids- they're all about cheese pizza, and there's plenty to go around when we get dominos!

it's a complete coin toss if this will be worth the money. some times they get everything perfect, but I've also had cold/soggy pizza delivered, missing items, etc... for the prices they charge I don't think it's too much to expect quality here
