This place is amazing!! The owner was the only one working and he did a great job handling everything. The food was excellent and the atmosphere is really cute. I can’t wait to come back!

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. Clean, friendly service, the boiled vegetarian dumplings are much more flavorful than other local veggie options. Prices seem to be competitive considering their location in the heart of Bellevue. Would definitely recommend!
I came here with high hopes: a cozy family run shop tucked away in the edge of Bellevue downtown. I was initially surprised when it was almost completely empty. When I took the first sip of the noodle soup I immediately knew why. The beef noodle soup was horribly bland, and the noodles weren’t special at all. Fried gyoza were on the soggy side and the xiao long bao had a thick rubbery skin. The filling was decent but nothing special. I will say however the waiter was very nice and friendly. If Dough Zone and Din Tai Fung are around an 8, this place would be a 6.I want this place to do well but at its current state it can barely even hold a candle to Dough Zone. If things don’t change, this restaurant will remain empty. what a shame.

I really liked this place. Pork rice bowl was superb. Service was almost too good. Nice place on a rainy Seattle day. Prices.. it's downtown Bellevue, what do you expect?

Came back again after a year , I like their noodles that tastes great and it feels it is not market bought noodles. The Taste is stillThe same , comforting food and very polite person who served our food.Got our food served in normal waiting time . Would recommend people to come and have food of you are looking for a good authentic taste.

I did lunch takeout at Dumpling and Noodle today, ordering the steamed pork buns. The buns were piping hot and the scent of the dough was so intoxicating that I couldn't wait to eat them. The first bite revealed a very full bun, with delicious, flavorful & tender pork. I loved them and can't wait to order them again.Because their kitchen is small and everything is made to order, you may wait about 15- 20 minutes for the buns to be ready, especially if they're busy, but they're worth the wait. The staff is very nice and let us know how long the buns would take.

Came here for lunch and wasn't too hungry. Not many menu options. Ordered soybean noodle and pot stickers. Noodle was mid but dumplings were pretty good! Place looked cool but it took some time to get food. Would recommend!

Nothing fancy but good basic dumplings, noodles and service. Was surprised it was completely empty on a Sunday afternoon at 1 pm.

Turned us away because the guy working at the counter was “the only one here” and therefore couldn’t serve us. Went right back to his phone after we walked out.

Stopped by here on my lunch break. Kinda surprised to see the bad reviews. Staff is friendly and service was relative quick, in and out within 30 mins, good timing for a work day. It's a northern food place so maybe don't order Shanghainese XLB. Hiring service staff is tough these days, especially for a smaller place like this one, adjust your expectations. Cabbage salad was great in the beginning, crunchy and light but a bit too vinegary later since the cabbage will soak it up with time. Lamb dumpling hit the spot! Reminds me of my family's cooking in northeast China. I ordered the dumplings boiled and some became kinda soggy toward the end, likely the dough did not rest for long enough before turned into dumpling wraps. Or the boiled for too long / did not add cold water during the processSaw other ppl ordered their dumplings steamed and I was the only one ordered them boiled, notes for next time. Happily return :)
