Ahi salad good but service very poor. Waited 20 minutes for anyone to approach the table and then had to flag the same person down to get the bill.

Sat outside which was nice but traffic noises was occasionally loud. Food was excellent.

This will be my go-to place to eat every time I am in Bellevue. The level of service you get from the servers, the cooks & all the staff is top level caliber. The biggest thing for me is that they take into account any & all types of food allergies without question, without hesitation. If you just tell them your allergy, they will accommodate 100%, with separate prep areas, separate cooking areas, zero cross-contamination. And did I mention they have some of the best food & drinks? It is the perfect combination of upscale flare for comfort food. You will want to visit them for sure!

My friend and I came to Earls for a weekend brunch. I got there right before 10 am when they opened. There was a line going in. I was seated pretty fast in the bar/lounge side of the restaurant. I enjoyed the ambiance and it's cute. I got an avocado egg benedict and my friend ordered a chicken and waffle. The egg bene was super tasty and the potato has a perfect flavor and texture. My friend said her chicken and waffle was really great. She also got a couple mimosa. The server was very helpful and friendly. We also caught the brunch happy hour pricing. Overall we really enjoyed our brunch here. Would definitely recommend it.

Earls is a spot that coworkers often visit - it's close to the office, it's familiar, they have good food, and they have decent happy hour prices. Their service is usually really good, the appetizers are surprisingly good (I'd seriously recommend anything - even the sushi). They seem to focus more on cocktails than beer - so just be aware of that. After about 6:00PM, though, the younger, office-worker crowd disappears and the weird, native Bellevueites show up. Like... old dudes in Tom Hardy shirts from 2001... but with blazers over-top. I'm not saying that's BAD or that those people are BAD... but it's definitely an odd crowd - maybe just a bunch of wild humans trying way too hard to impress each other.

Came by after hearing great things from our friends. We were taken care of by two guys named Brett and Lukas who were incredibly nice and took care of us during our entire stay. We don’t come to Bellevue all that often but if we do stop by again and either of them are are working we will definitely stay for drinks and a meal !!

Followed signs to the parking lot, restaurant is on a quaint street. Sidewalk is covered so you don't get rained on. Validation is included. The food is amazing. I was able to get an ahi tuna sushi roll. It isn't typical sushi. There's a quarter size amazing tasting rice coun on the bottom, topped with Sriracha may and macerated tuna, topped with thin crispy strings. I bit into it and could taste every ingredient. Decomposed the dish and the advocado was inside the rice roll. Came with a side of fresh slightly sweet, pickled ginger. I asked for seconds it was so good . Tried the Wasabi, which is typically pretty powerful for me and it was out standing! The chef really knows how to elevate a dish. My husband doesn't ever want sushi. He saw the tempura shrimp roll and ordered it. Ate it all, then finished my ginger. We had delicious truffle fries as an appetizer. We weren't painfully overstuffed so shared the chocolate peanut butter cheese cake. Oh my! I just took small bites and let it melt in my mouth, tasting every bit of goodness and ingredients. Small fresh chopped peanuts finished off each bite. Berry coulie on the bottom of the plate. What an experience. 5 start service as well. I asked for more sauce, it was there in less than 30 seconds! All this amazing environment, exceptional food, and service for $69 two people! Just found a new restaurant. John Howies doesn't serve lunch anymore. Used to be my favorite.

Megan was the best Sunday brunch server we could've asked for! Can't wait to come back to see her again.

Server Stefanie was good 10/10

I LOVE that the entire impossible burger (condiments and all) is Vegan! I will be back. The buffalo cauliflower was delish.

A busy restaurant is usually a great indicator of a very good restaurant. Popular places are successful for a variety of reasons and Earl's has mastered the steps necessary to garner lots of customers. We enjoyed the service, food, and vibe of this downtown location. It was a real thrill to see my grandson that works there in his white uniform. Very sharp young man that wants to learn some restaurant skills and I feel confident that he's working for the right place. Go Ryan!
