I actually know the Creator of Happy Lemon. The Bellevue location is a great place for Boba. This is a nice location with fast service, Staff was Super Friendly. I always order theTaro Bubble Tea or their Famous Egg / Bubble Waffle. I highly recommend for anyone that hasnt tried their quality drinks. Thank you and God Bless Happy Lemon!
Ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba.>texture of the boba was meh, very sticky. Found a large clump of boba at the bottom of the cup>drink was a little watery>sweeter than I expected (100%)>asked for no ice. the drink was just a little under room temperature, expected it to be colder. This is a nitpick but definitely adds on to the other negatives.Average, not good, not bad.
