Super delicious food. The presentation and taste of the pork bun was absolutely great. There are two different versions of ramen, thin noodles and slightly thicker ones. Even if the court prescribes a variant, you can ask whether you can swap it. The atmosphere is very pleasant. If I lived nearby, I would definitely come here more often.

This used to be my favorite place for vegan ramen until tonight...I've been vegan for over 6 years and was given pork gyozas instead of impossible. When I realized it was pork they took it back but didn't really seem to care. So disappointing. People can get sick from that. I hope I dont.

Ordered spicy chicken ramen with a specific spice level. Was served pork ramen.Once I figured out it’s not chicken, the server made no efforts to fix the order. Didn’t even apologize.Had to pay a little more than what I expected lol.

Decent ramen place with a good variety of vegetarian options. The spicy creamy vegetarian/vegan ramen isn’t spicy, only by name. It is overall nice ramen, but there isn’t a lot of toppings as you have to add them. There is a bathroom available, and the interior is clean. The service is also quite quick.

My sister and I decided to try this place for lunch and we both thought it was ok. The service was average, the person who took our answer couldn't really answered any of our questions and they didn't really do much. Food wise, we got: Tonkotsu 2.0 ramen + pork chasu rice bowl combo Ramen - the broth was supposed to be thicker but I didn't think so, and for me, it got saltier as I eat more of it so not my favorite. Rice bowl was standard - it was fine, but nothing really stood out. The salad that came with the rice bowl was pathetic looking though and didn't taste that good. Price is a little high in my opinion for what you get but it could be because of inflation these days. $18 for the ramen and $11.5 for the small rice bowl --- for me, it would be more reasonable if the ramen was like $15 and the rice bowl was $9... Overall, eh.

This is one of the few Ramen places with vegan options. Their Vegan Spicy Creamy Ramen was quite good and the broth tasted very nice. I’m not a fan of thick noodles and was a little unhappy with the thick noodles in the Ramen. The staff at this place were very nice and the ambiance is quite good too.The Ramen bowl costs $18 and is not too much for one person.Overall, it’s not my favorite Ramen place, but is a close second for Vegan Ramen overall in the Seattle area.Vegetarian options: They have 3 vegan options and are liked by many.

I was reluctant to go to a ramen bar because I make food ramen. This place was exceptional. Great ramen with rich flavor. And we tried the Brussel sprouts. Superb. My fave was a little wrapped sandwich carrying the name of the restaurant. Dough, pork, not sure what else, but it tasted soooo good. Happy stomach.

By far the best ramen i have had in Bellevue. I really like their noodles and their broth is so good. I always order extra garlic and extra noodles. The flavor profile the noodles and soup have are the best ive had. Great quality food and service. This is definitely the spot to be on a cold fall or winter afternoon/evening. The best comfort food

Okay ramen. The first ramen place I've ever seen to have boiled spinach as a topping. The pork was a little tough but did appreciate the searing for extra flavor. Noodles were okay as well. Overall will fulfill your ramen craving but wouldn't go out of my way for it.
