My mom and I have been loyal customers for 4-5 years. We started going to jujubeet when they only had the one location next to top pot donuts. Since then, we have never tried another smoothie/juice place. However, we will not be coming back to jujubeet for the foreseeable future. The service is terrible. As someone who works in the food and service industry, I am appalled by the service I receive at jujubeet. The minute I walk in, all 3 girls working there roll their eyes. I ordered 2 smoothies ahead of time and came to pay and pick them up, but instead, I received comments being muttered under the workers' breath, was looked up and down as if they were judging my looks, and generally got the feeling that they would rather do anything but help me. I strongly urge you to eat anywhere else as the service is horrid and honestly the food is too expensive for the quality. I also strongly urge the owner to please reevaluate who they want representing their brand and interacting with their customers.

Service is extremely slow!! It takes about 15-20 mins to get your food ready without the line so only go if you got lots of time .. and it will cost you about 20$.. staff is friendly but extremely inefficient, it's so painful to watch them move:)

Wow unbelievable. I normally love this place but the service I received this morning was awful. I ordered an açaí bowl and asked if there was any coconut since I'm very allergic and need an epi pen. The girl said no, so I thought I was good. After waiting over 20 mins and watching them prepare orders for everyone else that was behind me in line I went up and asked about my order. The girl finally started making it. I got it, took it home, and there's coconut shavings in it. Seriously? I can't even eat it. And I'm not driving back there.

If you've been to a couple juice bars, we all know and prepare to spend $$ on a tiny, unfulfilling smoothie/bowl. Jujubeet is that plus the additional cost of diluted-ness and extremely slow/inefficient service.

Yesterday was my first time going to this location. I didn't read the reviews before going there and the food and service were really good. After going on Yelp today, and reading the past bad reviews, I'll definitely say that did a 180. The smoothie tasted grassy, bright and filling in a good way, especially with their organic green protein added, and it wasn't watery. The juice was good, though would be better in glass bottles which they're planning on and my harvest bowl was warm on the grains, and nicely crisp and chilled on the veggies and the extra dressing tied it to together nicely, and they added yams on my request too. Really good experience. Keep the consistency and or improve and I'll be repeating business.

One of my providers selected Jujubeet for lunch today, and I'm happy she did. Helpful Tips -If you're wanting to order ahead, the online option has been temporarily taken down as they are in the process of moving the ordering option to an App. I called ahead prior to arrival the associate was kind enough to pull the selections , place it to the side creating a very easy, and efficient checkout process. *Thank you* -Being that it's located in Old Bellevue parking could be tricky during lunch time, but be mindful of the ample parking spots directly behind the building. The Detox Kale & sweet potato salad was DELICIOUS, I wish I had time to order a juice!! If your seeking a clean, healthy, and delicious treat definitely give Jujubeet a try; I highly recommend!!

Honestly just average coffee And not something can stand out paid 5.5 for a 12 oz coffee I really don't how should I under this They don't have milk They only have oat milk almond or sth
I love this place & the food and normally am impressed with all aspects of the restaurant. However, the past few times I’ve been here I’ve left very disappointed. The first instance, I (along with two other parties) walked in about 5 minutes before closing and were turned away. More recently, I was there and tried to order an acai bowl and was told they were out of acai. I then ordered a grain bowl instead and was informed that the oven was off. Was just frustrating that the variety of menu items advertised were not actually available.

I love jujubeet! It never disappoints, always fresh, delicious and healthy. It's not on the menu but I highly recommend you get an affogato with their vegan ice cream and espresso, it's to die for.

We ordered $100 worth of food and desserts from this place and it was all fabulous! We ate the acai bowl and chocolate pot while we waited for the rest. The next time we come back we will definitely visit again and try some new things.

Super cute place! I live off their detox soup, Inflammation smoothie, and Turmeric elixirs. They even have a standing appointment with a practitioner who provides vitamin B shots on Thursday's. Perfect place if you need to grab something healthy on the go. You get what you pay for and it's not cheap. That has yet to stop me as I appreciate the quality ingredients, positive employees, and ability to grab health food in a rush. I only wish they were open later so I could jet to the Eastside after work more often!
