Bill, the guy making the pizzas was super rude, made about 5 pies before mine, said specifically that it “wasn’t a big deal” that my pizzas were cold and that he “didn’t have to justify himself to a doordash order.”Horrible experience.

A guy working here has bad attitude. I believe he is manager. He is very difficult to talk to and acts aggressive. MOD should do something about it otherwise God helps them.

Honestly, I used to be into this location, but every time me and my family's gotten food lately, the toppings were really sparse, especially the cheese, and the crust was really thin and dried out (more so than would be typical of a thin pizza). Once, the pizza had to be re-cut at home because the slices weren't sliced all the way - a minor complaint but still. My partner did pickup last trip and said the person in charge seemed ready to snap and was pretty high strung. Overall, I don't want to put the employees down, but it sounds like some things needs to change. There's pizza place near me that's a positive stark contrast to this one and it makes me kind of sad for this mod location because I know they could do (and have done) better.

Great location next to the park. Try to walk everyday on my lunch so need something that's affordable (for Bellevue) that is convenient and relatively healthy (salad). Staff is friendly and welcoming. Only reason not 5 stars is I order a custom salad and sometimes they mess it up but understand people make mistakes especially during lunch rush.

12:20pm with 2 people working. I was next in line and a grubhub driver came in so she decided to make his order before mine. Not friendly, no smiles, terrible atmosphere today in Bellevue.
