Like it's name it had exactly what you need! They have hot and cold sandwiches, soup, and salad. They also seem to own the space next-door, which sells wine and spirits. The store front is always spotless, well stocked and organized. The service is efficient like a well oiled machine - but do understand that this is not a chain- food is made fresh and done right so it will take a few minutes to make your order! The value is fantastic- portions are generous, ingredients are fresh and high quality, and prices are very reasonable -especially for downtown Bellevue! About $12.99 at the time of this review for a sandwich, and $3.50 for a bagel with cream cheese. I've eaten there about eight times and haven't been disappointed, EVERY sandwich has been phenomenal. I like the turkey, cranberry cream cheese sandwich. The turkey is fresh and THICK (think thanksgiving carved turkey sandwich) topped with cranberry sauce and just the right amount of cream cheese. Seating is available in the general area by Bellevue Place but not directly by the storefront.

Tasty, straightforward food. Very good prices. Don't skip out on the breakfast burritos... the portion is really big and they can even do low carb wraps if you want. They're really happy to customize anything you want as well.

Amazing little spot on the second floor inside the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. The breakfast burrito is to die for. It's a legit way to start a busy day. In fact it was so huge I struggled to eat it all!

Sorry no pictures- by the time I got back to my office I scarfed my sandwich!! I was at work, I was starving on the verge of a hunger headache. Not a good combo I went down the 2nd floor to check out Needs Deli. I am so glad I did. The menu pricing is so reasonable, especially given the location inside the Hyatt It was a chilly day and the tuna melt called my name. I was greeted warmly and with a smile, placed my order and waited. As I waited, I looked over the menu. The menu offers multiple orders or selections in addition to grab and go items, like drinks and snacks. I got my sandwich and headed upstairs. What can I say- It was sooo good.
