So happy with the cake and cupcakes for my daughter's 5th Bluey themed birthday party! We ordered 2 dozen mini cupcakes and one 4 inch cupcake cake which was perfect for about 30 people. Jay was incredibly friendly and helpful when taking our order- asking questions about sprinkle types and toppers, etc. Everything turned out beautifully and our guests gave a ton of compliments.

Super cute cupcakes and they made us custom colors which were great . Looked great but probably the worst tasting cupcake I have had. The frosting is worse than grocery store. Not worth the high price. People ate 4 out of 24.

I’ve been coming here for almost 7 yrs. I’ve brought people from different states here and they all say they’re the best cupcakes they’ve ever had. I love these cupcakes. I live about 30 miles away and I make trips here every other month. It’s worth the drive in my opinion. I took my mom here and even she liked them. She’s very picky and particular when it comes to desserts and food. Even better than celebrity cake studios

But most are thr kind a person woukd enjoy since they arent too "out there" but they are different than most cucpcake stores. I have been going here for 15 years and their cupcakes are ALWAYS so moist and the frosting amazing. They are THE BEST store bought cupcakes you can get and I have tried them all - from Trophy cupcakes, Cupcake Royale, Pinkabella to high-end grocery stores. They always have gluten-free but only in chocolate cake and vanilla cake with choc or vanilla frosting but I will take what I can get. I am sure if I called ahead, they would make me a few with different frosting as they made the other ones. The store is always very clean. The ambience is obviously very fun and happy. The service gets the job done. They are kind and helpful but definitely would only give them a 3 out of 5 for service. They are just ok. You will love them so buy one extra for the next day since you will indeed be wanting another!! Enjoy!

I ordered a small pack of these chocolate frosting on vanilla cake and a bigger variety pack of cupcakes (carrot cake, coconut, lemon, etc), and honestly not that impressed. I came in because of all the good reviews I saw, but a friend and I each tried one and came to the same conclusion. The cake just tastes like a store-bought mix. They also fell apart super easy which made them pretty hard to eat without making a huge mess. I feel like they're just a little too expensive for the quality you get.

Unreliable at best. Complete failure to make any effort to communicate with their customers, or each other apparently. We have no idea whether or not they will even be able to make the cake for the required date. After providing all of the requested information, as well as coming into the store three times in the past five days, they still cannot even provide a quote or a confirmation that they can do what they said they can. If all you want is something already made out of their case, go for it. If you need them to make you something, go anywhere else but here.
