The staff was very kind. We ordered a take out order and unfortunately didn't love our rolls. We got a seared albacore roll and were expecting fire seared, not blow torched. We also thought the Bellevue and rainbow roll did not have much flavor and the rice was not fresh. It was cold and too gelatinous. They were very sweet though and we might try them again as other reviews seem to love the rolls.

Super fast - 10 minutes from sitting down to polishing off these delicious avocado and cucumber rolls! Absolutely divine, service was excellent. The German opera playing in the background was an unexpected surprise but I enjoyed it all the same. Will definitely be back.

This place is great! Large portions and the rolls are delicious. I had sunshine roll, tamago, and an avocado roll and they were stellar; my wife had a poke bowl and it was very fresh and a good value. The staff are extremely friendly too.

We love Rolls and Rolls' fresh and tasty sushis and sashimis. We are locals and regularly enjoy great and tasty food. Service is always friendly and wonderful. It's a family oriented restaurant with a great vibe.

The rolls and sashimi were executed to perfection. The fish quality was amazing. They let the ingredient speak for themselves and not let sauces overwhelm the rolls.

Beautifully sliced - thick pieces of clean, fresh Hamachi (Yellowtail).Spicy Tuna roll w/ just the right measure of chili flake, but the primo reason it was so good is because the fresh tuna is macerated delicately, accompanied by fine cut, yet toothy ribbons of cucumber, rolled w/ wonderful sushi rice!!Need I say more?Atmosphere - nothing super fancy or w/ an aire of extravagance - just simple, clean and intimate.Family hospitality at its best.CANT WAIT TO RETURN?Best kept secret in Bellevue.Hope these props don't inundate Rolls & Rolls, cuz I dont like to wait?

An awesome little corner place, easy and free parking, we got the beef rice bowl (Gyudon), dragon roll, and Seattle roll, and they were all delicious. Definitely going back

They have certainly changed in 3 years, not for the better. LService is ultra slow, the waiter didn't even get one of the orders at all!And we had to wait a long time for that to be rectified. Not much carry out was done while we were there so no excuse. We had just moved back to the area and prices have gone way up for portions that have gone way down. Also used to get free dessert rolls for over a certain amount ordered; no more.3 of us ate here for over $120, we all left hungry due to smaller portions. Food taste has gone down as well. We went for my birthday, it was a major disappointment. This used to be my fave place. Celebrated: birthday, Mother's Day, valentines, Easter, 4th of July, 1st day of school, Halloween, anniversary,2 days after thanksgiving, and before Christmas, no more! It's off my preferred list. Will be looking for another place to eat for all our celebrations. Too bad, for years this was the place! So sad.

Such an unexpected ly good Japanese spot on this quiet street in Bellevue. There's plenty of street parking as well as parking nearby at the library if you're headed in.The staff was so kind here and the vibe and ambiance of the restaurant was great. They had a very few seating options but they were all cute and there's a tiny little booth in the corner as well.We had the chirashi bowl as well as the salmon rolls and everything was amazing. Wouldn't call this place cheap, but compared to other options the taste was great and it is an expensive at all. Can't wait for my next time back
