found a fly in our pho unfortunately; the bun bowl I had was also below average for the area. However, the servers were as buff as

Ordered a seafood pho but I didn’t like it. I’m not Vietnamese but having salmon in the seafood pho still sounds weird to me.

Great solid local restaurant. Definitely not Michelin Star, but for Factoria it’s very decent. Their lotus salad is phenomenal, it’s what makes this Vietnamese restaurant stand out from the rest. If they sold banh mi, I would come often.Vegetarian options: They have Vegetarian options for pretty much all the dishesParking: Next to QFC so lots of parking.

This is the first time I've been to this place. I'm originally from the north side of shoreline so I don't get around much in places like Bellevue or Kirkland. I'm in town & thought, I'm really in the mood for some pho. I found this place & my original order turned into something different but exquisite instead. The lemongrass tofu had to have been some of the best tofu I've ever had. Then, the vegetarian (I'm not a vegetarian but it does clean out my system well sometimes) spring rolls were delicious & that sauce? To die for. I'm coming here a lot more often when I get the chance. I'd reccomend this place to ANYONE who's hungry for some good tofu or pho. Bravo! The waitresses are super nice and very kind. It's a really nice place with a good attitude. You can't be mad when you come in here. Sit down, have a bowl or two of pho & whip out those spring rolls!

They have a whole vegetarian menu section! The food is so tasty and staff come around frequently for water a refill.Vegetarian options: Meat alternatives are added to dishes so that vegetarians can enjoy the same menu entrees as non-vegetarians.

Nice local average Vietnamese restaurant! Food was served quick during lunch hour and not too long of a wait. Staff are all really friendly and come by several times to refill water and check in. Nice restaurant that's clean and well kept. Pho was ok, decent broth but not that much meat for a dac biet combo pho. Vermicelli bowls seemed to be popular here as well as the lemon grass beef lunch special.

Food are consistently good. Staff are friendly and efficient. Most i enjoy about Square Lotus is that you can always count on the variety of choices for your impromptu dine out or your warm-me-up dine out!

This place left a lot to be desired. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that cleanliness wasn't a priority, and the lingering smell of mold was hard to ignore. Despite my reservations, I stayed because my husband wanted to give it a chance. The service was okay, with a few things forgotten here and there, but nothing remarkable. Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing as the ambiance. While it arrived fairly quickly, it was sad and lackluster. We're not a family that wastes food, but at the end of the meal, we decided to forgo the leftovers because we could barely choke down what was on our plates.

got the Vietnamese Rice NoodleI've been here before a few months ago - last time I got the crispy egg noodle - which I didn't really like, so I got the rice noodle this timeI started with ordering the Vegetarian Vietnamese Crepe as an appetizer, howeverThis shocked me at how good it wasIt looked a little bit like a deep fried omelette from the outside, but it was incredibly crispy on the outside instead - kind of like a huge deep fried tacoTihs was dripping with oil - but that's what makes it taste so goodI don't have enough words to describe the outside of this crepe - the level of frying involved here was unrealEach bite was so perfectly crispy and so astoundingly flavorful I was shocked at how incredibly amazing it wasThis outward crust was so perfecrly golden brown I don't know if I've tasted a better fried crust on anythingThe inside didn't disappoint either - I really loved the fried tofu insideThe house sauce also really added to the flavorNormally, I strongly dislike bean sprouts, but somewhow even these managed to taste amazing in this dish despite there being a lot of themThe magic of oil, I supposeAt the end, I was annoyed at myself for not ordering this as the main courseWhen the main dish was served - I was a bit disappointed as I was expecting more of a wide rice noodle, rather than the thin-pad thai like noodles i gotThis whole dish actually seemed like a pad thai imitation, coming with the ground peanuts, brocoli + other vegetables, and tofuI asked for four stars - but this was not spicy at all.It got a little bit better when I mixed in some sriracha near the endThe noodles themselves were ok - nothing too specialI wasn't really happy with the fried tofu - it was way too chewy and not crispy at allDid not think it was cooked that wellEven the vegetables weren't as soft as I would expect - I normally love brocoli but I didn't think it tasted as could as it could have hereThe one thing that I appreciated was the massive portion size for the price (only about 16 dollars).I was able to finish all of my dish but not with a lot of room left - there were certainly a lot on the plateOverall, I thought the meal was ok, but I'd rather have Pad Thai, and the appetizer overshadowed everything. 7.15/10

Well flavored and tender meat that comes with the house vermicelli bowl, veggies tasted fresh, egg roll was crunchy and had a tasty filling. Nuoc mam sauce was just right!

Always a good meal at square lotus. Super friendly staff who is quick, and the place gets busy during the week, and packed with T-Mobile employees. That's how you know the food will always be fresh
