About what you'd expect from a starbucks in a grocery store, except worse. Woman at register didn't seem to care at all and got every drink in my order wrong. generally rude. Having worked at starbucks for over a year I have a decent idea of how things are supposed to go and there was little to no process, quality control, etc. took about 20 minutes for 2 drinks and a sandwich, and nothing tasted right. Save your money and go to an actual starbucks.
Got my coffee but when I forgot my pin number I was laughed at by the female in glasses and dark hair in front of everyone chose to pay cash rather than being humiliated went back got the right pin number and told them so that they would not think worse of me

Okay so I love the Starbucks coffee but their management hired a barista that didn’t seem to care about customers in line as I was in, but talk with his friends, he looked new and very unprofessional like he just cared about his friends more than our orders, I even said excuse me and he just kept blabbing with his friends, very unprofessional server even the customer in line said so too he also had that customer waiting for his change as he spoke with his friends the best barista they have is Kelsey, she does her job professionally.

This location is inside the secure area at the John Monroe international airport in Hamilton. We were there around 11:00 a.m. and it wasn't even open. I saw some people go up to the counter to ask the attendance when or whether they would be serving and the attendant said will give us 15 minutes. We're trying to get it open. Needless to say The folks at the airport were not impressed. It's hard to recommend a place like this when you couldn't even get service at midday
