Second time coming here now trying to get coffee, and no one is working. The Starbucks is open, things are running, and I’ll wait 5-10 minutes and nobody is ever hear. Where are your employees at? What a huge waste of time!
I ordered a grande coffee latte, but what I got was a tall. As a loyalist of Starbucks, I’ve never ever received a wrong size cup… Since I was in hurry, I didn’t go back and ask for a change. I would like to say, the staffs are not professional enough taking care of orders.

Normally I go to Starbucks for an espresso frappuccino. I get the biggest size that they can offer and I always ask for five shots of expresso which ends up costing me a dollar each for those shots now. My friend told me to stop doing that cuz she works at Starbucks and then you end up with most of the shots.
