I drove through with my 2 yr old daughter and husband. We loved the food, but they missed my daughter's cheese quesadilla and cinnamon twists, we had to turn around and go through the line again to get it. They were apologetic and gave us a voucher for a free Taco as compensation. But it was an inconvenience to drive back and due to that, we were late for our appointment (but we couldn't forgo my 2 yr old's quesadilla because she was so hungry she was crying). I just wish they double checked before handing the food over.

Extremely poor service. If you ever skip the drive through and physically go inside to collect your phone order, then please forget your food - they will do your order when they please.Not to mention, they screwed our veggie bowls - the quantity was soo less you couldn't even call it a bowl

15 minutes for an online order, I saw multiple cars for by all the way through through the drive thru. Apparently ordering ahead is the worst idea ever. This isn't a one off, their average is around 9-11 minutes from my orders. I would have abandoned this place long ago if my kids didn't keep clamoring for it. Seriously guys, get it together I can get served at Applebee's faster...

Ordered spicy potato soft tacos no cheese... they gave me shell, potatoes, lettuce. Had to ask for sauce. Drove off but came back... they have me chicken quesadilla when I ordered cheese. I don't eat meat. Got full refund but they're cooks need to read and or communicate better!

I ordered food ahead of time on the app before I even left my house. It took me 10 minutes to drive there. Once I arrived my food wasn’t ready. I waited 15 minutes. I finally politely asked when my food was going to be available and the gentleman working on the drinks said “whenever the chefs have it available.” I stated that the app said it was ready 20 minutes ago and his response was “I don’t control what the app says.” It was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell. Will most likely drive to a further Taco Bell to avoid the rude staff here next time. My order was also incorrect after waiting all that time. Cool ??

Not open until 3am. I tried the drive through at 2:15 am and there were cars parked in the lot, lights on inside but they had pulled one of their deal signs into the drive through entrance.

Went through the drive thru while there was only one other person in line and didn't seem to be many people inside. I was happy when the employee at the window was kind and quick but then i got home to find some things weren't in the bag :( I was going to go back to get the rest of my order but I wasn't given a receipt either so it felt useless. I strongly suggest checking your order before you leave or going to a different location.

i ordered & paid through their app & arrived at drive thru window literally one minute before it closed... i knocked & 3 different employees acknowledged me & tried telling me they were closed when it still wasn't time yet. i made it known to them that i had already ordered & paid for my food. They gave me a dirty, apathetic look & went back to whatever their closing duties were, BEFORE their closing time.. I would've arrived earlier, but their app switched the store i ordered from from the closest store to this one which i had to ride my bicycle to get to them 4 miles away. And they, totally aware of my order having been pre-placed & pre-paid, they chose to give me dirty looks like i was somehow not already a paying customer, who gave them job security, but mocked like i was somehow an enemy to them.NOT VERY FRIENDLY TO YOUR PAYING CUSTOMER, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO AREN'T FORTUNATE OR RICH ENOUGH TO AFFORD A FAST AUTOMOBILE. And in a time of alleged "inclusion", more like "delusion"mgr told me she didnt care if i arrived a minute before i arrived or that i was on my bike, she told me that i could "cancel my order"!?why on earth would that be necessary, you appropriated MY order!?

On vacation in Bellevue after driving 2000 miles. This place gave me food poisoning and has me flat on my back! I’ve always enjoyed Taco Bell, but not after this.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH TACO BELL AND FAST FOOD EVER!!! My husband and I ordered a thing of nachos and a bean burrito. That was it. Took over 35 minutes. Whoever was working last night around 10 pm (the manager) was snapping at customers, yelling at employees in front of customers, slapping her hand on the table and screaming, throwing metal spatulas. By far the worst acting manager I’ve ever seen in my life. Also after waiting 35+ min for our food it was wrong and completely cold. Something needs to change here. I don’t think I’ll ever go to this location ever again.

They've deleted some menu favorites and the overall quality is ok. Bring back the favorites like Mexican pizza, and try to serve the items on the menu that look as good as the menu picture

As much as I love taco bell another location would be suggested. Been here twice food was cold both times and just thrown together. So even if they remake it expect the same quality.

Check your bag before you leave the drive thru, they are constantly leaving out items. Like the two chalupa combo that they LEFT OUT A WHOLE CHALUPA. They consistently fail at fulfilling simple modifications like no tomato or meat substitutions.You can't even call to let them know that your order was messed up because their phone is disconnected or something. I can never get through.
