This specific location has always been not the best, but we thought with the renovation and re-grand opening, things would be better. We were very excited to come back, but the whole experience was probably the most substandard we've had so far.We were a party of 4. We knew what we wanted to order, so once we were settled in, we ordered our apps and entrees at the same time. Assuming that our apps would come out first and then our entrees. NOPE, they all came out at the same time! 3 apps, 2 pizzas, a pasta and a kids pasta (on a 4 top). We were rushing to move apps on to our plates and placing items on other plates to try and eliminate plates and fit everything on our table. Our food was brought out by several different servers, but our server didn't check in with us once all the food arrived to make sure we had everything and to see if we needed anything else. It would have been great if she did, as one of our add ons didn't arrive. The whole time we ate, no one stopped to see if we needed anything. We were able to ask her for a coke refill in passing. Even when she dropped it off, she didn't ask if everything was ok.As we started to clear more plates off, we were hoping the plates would be removed from our table, but no. We were only able to tell her about the item that didn't arrive when we asked for the check, because it was the only time she stopped to talk to us. We asked for a pizza box and a pasta to go box for our left overs and only got the pizza box. At this point we asked for the dessert menu, because she was bringing out a gelato for my son who ordered a kids meal (dessert was included), and asked for a to go pasta box again. She dropped off the box in passing, literally kind of just tossed it on to our table. She drops off the gelato and we ask for the dessert menu again. We've packed everything up and stacked all our empty plates, assuming someone would pick them up. No dessert menu still and no one to pick up our dirty plates. I've never been to a sit down restaurant where they didn't ask if they can take your plate once you were done eating. This was the case for everyone. I noticed that people around us were also having dessert with their empty plates still on their table (at least they got the dessert menu). The restaurant was full, but I don't think to the point where this should have been the kind of service given. We checked out, still tipped 18%, even with the bad service.Food was good, and we may come back again. Just to see if this was a one off night and maybe they are still trying to figure things out. We went almost 2 yrs, without them, so I don't it will be too hard to go without.

Menu is overpriced - Italian meatballs (just 3 (!) mearballs per plate for $13.5 before tax and tips??? I ordered salat, calamari, meatballs, and prossuto with burrata. It was more than $70.Tosts were burned. All tosts.3 stars - just for atmosphere and salat.Salat was unexpected very well!

The food was amazing and I would highly recommend trying some of their new Spring Features that just came out.The Venetian Shrimp, and Sicilian Spinach Salad that I had were absolutely amazing and I will definitely be back for more.

Usually we go to the one in Seattle (on Stone way), but decided to go to see the newly (re)opened one. When we got there we were a little confused, we go anywhere we want to seat or to wait to be seated. Few servers passed by, the manager passed by and no one said anything. I went to the bar and asked how it’s done here. And that guy said that we can seat anywhere (there should be a sign to eliminate the confusion at the door). And we sat down, after a while at the door appeared someone that was seating the guests.I have noticed in the reviews that we are not the only ones that have noticed that the portion are smaller then at other Tutta Bella.I have order a soup and was brought without the spoon. I asked for a spoon, and the server went to bring one but was easily distracted by other things. Came several times around our table without even having the spoon. After a while she realized that didn’t bring the spoon. When I got the spoon, the soup was not warm enough. There were some other things but I don’t want to take too much time… but next visit will be at the one in Seattle. For sure!

We waited for the "grand re-opening" and were excited to get back there. Well, it was a huge disappointment. The atmosphere and interior are fine, but nothing special. The food is OK, but pretty blend. Kids pizza is just blend pizza - sauce and cheese. We asked if the sausage (as an additional toping) is spicy and our waiter said it's not. Our kid doesn't eat spicy and it was spicy. We got our food pretty quick, but then we just sat there for about 30 minutes with empty plates and empty glasses, waiting for someone to come to our table. After a few tries to get someone - we were completely ignored by some waiters, one promised to call someone and didn't, we finally got someone to get a check. We were not in the mood for any desert or anything else by that time. So, if you want to waste your time for a blend food - come there, otherwise - don't

We made a reservation. We arrived and were seated promptly. Other people were seated at tables around us. No one came over, no one gave us water, no one took our drink order, nothing. The table that was seated after us had their order taken. They then proceeded to lean their chair back very far knocking into me and catching my hair. This happened repeatedly. After 20ish mins or so of no service we left. This has not been our experience at any at other locations. They have made the seating area really small and tight compared to the grocery/coffee/bar areas plus we couldn't get any service.

Newly reopened after renovations, it looks great inside. Unfortunately the food is pretty bland, the portions are small, and the prices are too high for what you get. The drinks were good, though, and the bar area looks really fun and welcoming.

An upscale pizza restaurant. A very nice atmosphere, food delicious, service friendly. Prices are a bit higher . A nice selection of food choices, pizza being the top item.

Love the potato croquets (they don’t have at every location). As always the service at Tuttabella is awesome, and the food is great. Can’t ever go to Tuttabella and not order the burrata!

The pizza is really good as expected, although I was hoping to see my favorite prosciutto mushrooms on the menu. The choice of beers and the desserts are also up to our expectations. Not so much the new interior, though. It is disappointingly similar and the main area was overcrowded, so much that the waiters had trouble passing through the tables and our party of 6 was seated at a table that is obviously made for 4.Service was slow and inconsistent, with many mistakes such as different pizza toppings, different drinks from what ordered.I understand that a new opening can have many hiccups including new staff, but the Issaquah location has always been stellar and we're planning to go there instead, even if it is quite far for us.
