Convenient and delicious food, perfect for a quick meal (especially lunch)! It is a food truck parked in front of Stone Lounge Bellevue.Some things to note: There appears to be an underlying sweetness to everything I've tried (pho broth, bun bo hue broth, and ginger sauce for chicken and rice), I always add a ton of sriracha to everything so it didn't bother me. The best of the best pho in town! So much love put into their broth. The steak and brisket pho is my fav, the meat so fresh and juicy. The broth is so rich that sriracha and hoison was not needed.I’ll definitely be back! ❤️
