Had an amazing experience,By far the best customer service I've had in an A&W. I got a blended Root Beer Float (I think they call it a freeze), and it is awesome?. I think they call it a freeze
We are new to the area and frequent this store. One of the first times going they forgot my husbands meal. When we called the manager I believe his name is Kenny told us to come back any time and we would get the entire order remade and free of charge. Weeks went by and I was craving a bacon double from them so hubby went. The manager recognized my husband and made his workers make our burgers completely fresh for us and made sure it was done correctly. Hands down the best quality...read full review
