We almost walked from the hotel to Whole Foods hot breakfast but staying in and decent prices prevailed - and glad we did! The kids' breakfasts were $5. Server brought crayons, coloring, and drinks right away. She was attentive and we never waited for anything. The grits / andouille sausage with peppers was SO tasty. Chinuk was on our list of breakfast places to visit while in Bellingham. We did have a wait to order (even for just a cup of coffee) so, we were debating on whether to just leave. We're glad we didn't. My review is based upon my food; Since I don't eat eggs, one of my go-to meals is biscuits and gravy. Chinuk's country gravy is so good! We had breakfast several mornings. We samples the standard eggs and sausage, omelets, and biscuits and gravy. The food was solid, service fast and friendly. .We were never disappointed.
