recently visited, tasted good, staff are friendly & prompt, environment looks clean & bright, hubby ordered the vegi omelette got severe stomachache afterwards while I'm fine with my Sampler. hope no one else gets bad experience.
Do not try the cold brew coffee, it’s awful.The service here is good, the food is good. Typical IHOP. Great pancakes and solid bacon, ham, hash browns, etc. The normal coffee is decent, not bad at all. I ordered the cold brew, thinking that it would taste somewhat like their normal coffee. It does not. It’s terrible. Please, do not try the cold brew.

Best IHOP in Washington in my opinion. Excellent service, best food out of all IHOPs I've been to. The wait time is decently long due to the popularity of the college town, so I recommend making reservations.
