Such an iconic place in Bellingham! Locally owned and run restaurant that only has two food options, meat dumplings or potato dumplings… but they are delicious! Perfect for a late afternoon snack on a chilly day, or a late night snack after a night out. Highly recommend!!Vegetarian options: Potato dumplings, half their menu!

I love stopping by Pel’meni in Downtown Bellingham for their incredible Russian dumplings. You can choose between meat or potato, and the toppings like sour cream and hot sauce make them even better. It’s casual, affordable, and always hits the spot. Highly recommend it.
