“All of their food is delicious and well made. Most popular is their fish and chips with great portion sizes. One order comes with two big cod pieces. They also have great burgers and ribs and fried pickles, just to name a few more. Waterfront view of the harbor and great bar and / or beer selection. Highly reccomend to anyone.“
“The Hallibut Fish and Chips was not as good as the Go Fish in Vancouver, Canada, but the atmosphere and service were great. The Schooner docked at Port was amazing to see. The views were excellent. The best part is to have the option to eat inside and avoid seagull bombs. Overall, it was a really great experience.“
“Had a very good lunch at Anthony's. A rich tomato tasting cioppino with salmon, cod, clams and mussels with a touch of fennel served with a true anchovy Caesar salad and fresh sour dough bread with butter and an oregano sprig. Also the blackened cod was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful, served with a great tasting basmati almond parsley rice and broccolini. Very welcoming and attentive service in a great location and lovely restaurant overlooking Bellingham Marina.“
“I was the first person to be fired a few months after they opened over 30 years ago! I was one of original few people getting the place ready for the grand opening. At the time it was the only nonsmoking bar in town and that was a great draw. I remember the opening night quite well - before opening time there was a line up the stairs and within minutes the place was jam-packed until closing.The original owner was kind of a jerk (not just because I was fired!). I guess it's on the 3rd owner now. This was the first time I've been back since my inglorious departure about 30 years ago. This visit - 30 years later, my buddies and I had a great time over great brew and and grub (I had the elk burger). The server was great during our about 5 hours there. I would likely go back in fewer than 30 more years when I make my way back to Bham!“
“We went back again today and last time I said everything was perfect except for the coleslaw so imagine my delight when I get my food today and they’re using a different coleslaw recipe and it is LOVELY! I was so very happy. Two thumbs way up for the new coleslaw recipe. The fish, chips, and tartar sauce continue to be perfection so this was just the perfect way to round out my combo. “Had my birthday dinner at Keenan's this past Saturday night. From the moment we entered we were treated to a great view and enticing aroma of tasty treats. Our server Laura and her team made the whole experience wonderful. I had the Filet Mignon with the garlic mash potatoes. Everything was perfect! We cannot wait to go back!“
“The people there are always a party. The servers there are always great, as well as the food, especially if you like deep fried. The atmosphere is actually terrific! All glass back wall looking at the bay, it's fantastic! My only complaint is about the pool table, which is unwarranted because the table is open, it's always free. It needs new felt and should have the top end slid over away from the TWO columns in the way. Otherwise, great plastic tipped datt boards, I think four of them, TVs, and a jukebox turned up enough to actually enjoy. A dollar a song though?“
“Ahhhh my partner and I love to come here. We always get the poutine. I ordered the steak for the first time since I wanted to try something new on the menu and I was not disappointed. Oysters are yummy. Everything they make is just delicious. Brussel Sprouts are a go to. The cocktails are yummy even though I do wish they would bring back that ginger one they used to have. That was my favorite.Staff is always kind, atmosphere is comfortable and easy on the eyes, even the chattering of locals is nice and I've engaged in many fun conversations here. Quaint little spot to have dinner and drinks.“
