Taco Lobo is a gem in Bellingham! The flavors of their tacos are outstanding, especially the carne asada. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff make dining here a pleasure. Prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. I highly recommend trying their homemade salsas, which add a perfect kick to your meal. A must-visit for any taco lover!
Good Mexican food, fun atmosphere, and a little different.We stopped in for lunch. The chicken tamale and carnitas tacos were wonderful. The tortillas were homemade -- kudos! But the Al Pastor burrito was not so great; the meat was more like goulash and a tad watery, which didn't work very well in a burrito (probably better in a taco). The rice and beans were good. Unfortunately, downtown Bellingham has lost much of the businesses, especially since Covid.Not only has the price gone up for food, but so has the parking.The restaurant is clean and well maintained. We like the owner, recipes, and the salsa bar.
