I understand that the Playplace is ideal during the day. However, it would be ideal if there were more illumination where children playing can be monitored better. To enhance the Playplace music is ought to be played.
I got a mobile order yesterday. Employee working the speaker said she had my order. Got up to the window and they quoted me wrong sandwich. Had to pull up order number again on my phone. It turns out the employee just didn't quote me the right sandwich. Did not even apologize for it either-said "have a good day". Makes it seem like I'm inconveniencing the employee. I’ve never gotten cold food from here and my order seems to be right every time. Bathroom is clean and quite a few people come here. The only thing is that you have to worry about is the lines can be the long sometimes or the traffic getting out of the place can be hard. The staff seem very friendly and the restaurant seems pretty clean inside.
