Quite a number of us have wondered about Umami being listed as 'Temporarily Closed.'Our family has been hoping everything is okay with the staff & business while we miss the wonderfully fulfilling food.
Cannot wait for them to re-open. Their udon soup is so refreshing on cold nights and so comforting when coming off the ferry after a trip to the city. It’s a true commuter’s diner and they get that; the orders come out fast and accurate. It even has that late night diner vibe. Friendly staff too.

Great food. The menu has a a lot of various selections. Service was good and fast. The only thing is the place is small and felt overly crowded. But that was easily over looked when the food started to arrive.
