Such a great find! Their baklava is probably the best I've tried till date. Visited multiple times and tried a bunch of other items like Manakish, Klecha, Pita, Naan and everything's been a hit. The service is also fantastic. Will keep visiting for sure.
Alida's Bakery is one in a million. Hardly anywhere in the greater Seattle area makes lahmajun/lamacun/lahembajeen as good. They are huge! Made with a thin and crispy-edged dough and covered in a beautifully spiced beef mixture. This place is incredible and the staff is so generous. I will make the drive from West Seattle just to stock up on their fresh bread. I did my study abroad in Jordan and this is the closest bread I’ve had to the neighborhood bakery I had daily.The Manakish and Lahmajoun is made fresh to order and best enjoyed in the parking lot… only because that is how long they last for my partner and I. It is also the perfect snack waiting for a ferry.
