Let me tell you… I had placed an online order and when I came to pick it up, the crew in the front was so rude it was unbelievable, one of the ladies even rolled her eyes at me. It was so rude to the point I had to ask for the manager (despite the fact I hate doing that) Katrina I think her name was, was the sweetest/kindest person I had spoken to. I have never seen a chipotle bowl look like this until we moved here. Every time I ask for sour cream they drown it like who eats that much sour cream compared what in the bowl! The second pic is my husbands bowl he hasn't even eaten out of it.

Ordered on doordash, dasher was fine, but the store doesn't seem to care about the accuracy of their online orders. Today (03/08) we had ordered two burritos, both double protein and one double wrapped, we didn't get the second tortilla, neither had a double serving of protein and one got barbacoa instead of steak as had been ordered. This is not the first time. They don't care unless you're standing right in front of them.
