I haven’t had nachos from every restaurant in Washington, but I still doubt they have the same quality that this place does! I could eat here everyday and be happy. Better than mazatlan, better than nacho fam, just perfect. And their guacamole is to die
I typically tend to order the same thing every time I eat out, but El Tapatio in Everett has me trying EVERYTHING on the menu. Nothing has been anything less than excellent. The Steak Mexicano is my favorite so far. I've been going for lunch & dinner and there's never a bad time to visit. Also - they make a delicious Cazuela.

Food is always great. Margaritas are strong. What keeps us coming back is the service. Might sound corny, but I feel like I am being welcomed into their home when we are there. Everyone is happy and attentive and just offer great service! We always get the carne asada, chimichangas, or fajitas, along with a Cadillac margarita.
