Located on the northwest corner of Evergreen Way and Everett Mall Way, this IHOP is part of a long-standing chain serving a wide variety of pancakes and other American breakfast and diner fare. Put in an order for curbside pickup at IHOP Evergreen Way in Everett at 10 am. They said it would be ready at 10:15. My husband has been sitting there since 10:20... it’s 11:50 now... still not ready. But they got plenty of orders coming in and going out. But not for us. The lobby area is packed with people, so much for social distancing. I had to call and let phone ring off hook several times before someone answered.
