Family owned, Cool spot! I was working 6 minutes away walking distance, i though it was the place where all sandwiches taste the same, ( if you know the way am talking). mr wei, the sub man is goodman 39 year's shop in the same spot. Sucks to live in seatac in situations like this. ???Vegetarian options: Green sandwich, plus.....Kid-friendliness: 10,out of 10.
Eating at the Sub Shop is an experience. Eight of us went for lunch prior to a business meeting. We were worried when it was just one guy... could he make 8 sandwiches in a timely manner? He sure could! Wai went to work, making delicious subs while simultaneously telling us his fascinating life story and some killer dad jokes. The subs tasted great, but the overall experience was even better. I'll be back for sure.

From the moment I walked through the door, Sub Shop felt like entering a local Everett historical landmark, and a delicious one at that. Exceptionally friendly, I had the impression that the proprietor learns all his customers tastes, and often knows them by name. I ordered the “full boat” which was as promised a lot of sandwich.
