Very clean and well-kept location. You can learn everything about a restaurant from its salt and pepper shakers. If they are sticky, you might as well leave. Half full, expect half-hearted service. Salt shakers are a predictive measure of cleanliness and attention to detail on the surface, but often those correlate with job satisfaction, fairness of wages, and how the business is run overall. I love this IHOP. The breakfast food is good. But do not get their burgers- I would sooner eat roadkill than attempt to eat one again. They have very limited choices for hot tea, so my mom brings her own tea bags. Their hot cocoa is good, and pancakes are obviously a must. Picture: Breakfast Sampler with the eggs poached.
