I strongly encourage management to rethink how they’re running this franchise. Pretending that the restroom is broken for over a year is a fast way to lose customers. There’s a gentleman who frequently works this location and he’s quite rude. As I understand this area has had its challenges but it is improving. An easy way to fix undesirable activity in the restroom is to require a door code and print it on the receipt. And better train staff to work with customers and just...read full review
