So thoroughly disappointed. Showed up to pick up my online order at 3:45pm and the door was locked with a note that said, "Be back in 30 minutes."First of all, why is the store closed during business hours in the first place? Why did your store accept online orders if you're going to bounce and lock the doors? Sandwich was good and the employee was friendly, but after ordering the Sandwich, the employee refused to accept a valid Subway coupon stating that her manager does not allow her to accept coupons. I looked around the restaurant inside and out, but nowhere was it posted that coupons are not accepted. Terrible service, older white lady was so racist toward me and my family for being ethnic. Got there and asked her for 5 sandwiches she was like "really FIVE sandwiches?" and sighed. She took almost 20 minutes to finish the sandwiches, whole time she was stingy with the food, asked for cucumbers and she only put TWO in one of the sandwiches so I asked her for more and her face expression was rude.
