Great food! The salad rolls (or veggie, summer, fresh rolls… whatever you may call them), were delightful! I’d love it if they would offer them with tofu.As recommended, we tried heat 1 and heat 3 and we found them to be too mild. Obviously, everyone restaurant has their own scale. Knowing this next time I will order a 4 or 5. Just keep in mind 1 is basically 0 (or less).We has the fried tofu, salad rolls, pad thai, and masuman curry. Best Thai food I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend Thai Bistro. They have an extensive menu and everything tastes good; from the food to the drinks - It’s 10/10 for me. Service is great too..the servers are awesome and always check if you need anything. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely come again!

The food here is a pure flavour bomb. It was so hard to choose what to eat because everything on the menu sounded so delicious. We ended up with Chicken Pad Thai, Crispy noodles with chicken, shrimp, squid and beef and they were both fantastic. We also had an appetizer which was a Thai version of a lettuce wrap but it's made with pieces of lime, peanuts, toasted coconut, dried shrimp, onions, ginger and spinach.
