“Not bad, but not amazing. Viewed in the context of food available in a shopping mall, I'd say it's as good as you are going to get. Kudos for the chips and salsa provided free of charge. The chips are quite crispy and good. Service was very attentive and thoughtful.“

“Food had great flavor. Typical food truck. Nothing different other than their menu is extensive for a restaurant on wheels.Since we dined in I was a bit irritated to see the first charge on my receipt was 15¢ for the bag they put my burritos in. I could’ve carried them without a bag and the charge. At least they should let customers know of the charge. That’s really my only beef.“

“If the occasion calls for a lavish splurging on myself, this is another Mexican place I prefer to order from. I’ve particularly enjoyed their habanero sauce that I so shamelessly ask extra helpings of. The nachos that come as complimentary snack is usually good, but of late I smell the “ old oil” in the chips n it starts tasting weird. It would be better if they don’t offer the nachos, but I’ve particularly enjoyed their vegetarian enchiladas with gaps and half sauce. I love their very huge portion of burritos.Masa kitchen accepts orders on phone and since it’s just a few meters away, I call ahead in time to place my order and stroll down to pick up my order. The staff is great and I’ve never had to wait for my lunch to be put together. I love their food!“

“Before leaving the area to another work location, I found this place in google maps so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the carne asada plate w/corn tortillas and a soda. Got generous and very tasty portions. It was close to the hotel I was staying at, wish I would’ve find it earlier. I definitely recommend it!“

“got the Spinach and Cheese Quesadillasstarting off with the chips and salsa - I thought the chips were fine, but not particularly crispy - and the salsa was pretty mildDuring my order - I made a replacement to swap the tomatoes out with mushrooms - and this turned out a lot better - as the mushroomswere quite plentiful and good in the overall dishThis meal consisted primarily of spinach and cheese (obviously)I thought these two mixed together really wellThe spinach was cooked really nicely, and this combined really well with the jack cheeseI thought the jack cheese was the highlight here - it stuck really well to the tortillas, and deliverd a perfect cheesy taste to each biteAlso, the guacamole and cream sauce over the quesadilla created a delightful blend when mixed together to smother the overall tortillaIt added a really flavorful layer to the topThere are a couple things I didn't really like about this meal howeverThe first was the quesadillas were plated weirdly. There was a normal quesadilla - but then under than there was sort of like a half quesadilla, more like a single tortilla - with a lot of cheese and some mushrooms but basically no spinach or sauce. I really wasn't sure whether that was supposedto be another quesadilla or part of the original one - regardless it was strangeThe second thing was the meal portionIt's obvious that this restaurant's goal is to save money by providing really large portions of beans and rice compared to the actual ordered meal, but even with thatI was disappointed in how small the actual quesadilla was. I would say the quesadilla took up less than half the plate compared with the large amounts of beans and rice. After finishing the quesadilla (and eating some of the beans and rice) I still wasn't quite full - which is something you should never say about a Mexican restaurant - especiallyconsidering that my quesadilla cost nearly 20 dollars. Not great value there at allOverall, the quesadilla was quite good, but the portion size and the average beans/rice drag the meal down a bit. 7.75/10“

“I go here about ever 2 months when my wife is craving good old carnitas burritos. There came a point where I lost my favorite water bottle and couldn't find it anywhere in my house. About 2-3 months later, I stop in La Venadita as usual to get some tamales. The manager sees me and says "Hey boss, did you lose this?" and pulls my water bottle out from under the counter, where presumably he had kept it safe specifically waiting for me to return. 5/5 service. Food's pretty good too.“

“Worked for a little bit, the food is always fresh, only ever sitting on the rail for 4 hours before getting dumped and replaced. The crew actually cares about pleasing the customers. The food tastes great, but there is a vacuum of an atmosphere in the dining room.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of low sloped ramps.Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate almost any dietary restriction.“
