First time here, the staff was very nice. I had the meatball and it was very tasty! The dining area needed to be cleaned, but I liked the atmosphere. I do wish they had brewed iced tea. As someone with diabetes it's nice to have unsweet tea as an option. I would be back to try a salad.

Sandwiches are always tasty - they put an adequate amount of meat and toppings (bacon, avocado, and extra meat are an additional charge). No complaints! We used to go to various Potbelly restaurants several times a month (sometimes once a week), but have been disappointed in them the past few years. They used to be able to make any sandwich into a salad and I tried that when they removed a great Mediterranean salad that had roasted peppers in it, chopped red onions, etc . They won't let you do that any more, so the similar sandwich can't be morphed into a salad. Then they got rid of the Potbelly vinaigrette, which was amazing...read full review
