“Mariam was very attentive to my complicated order. I almost felt guilty being so picky about not wanting to catch up or not wanting ice, but she took the time to explain everything and was very helpful and just a ray of sunshine, which is hard to find these days in fast food. She deserves a raise because everything is so expensive and she goes above and beyond for her job, she will be manager one day, and I will be joyed to see her succeed.Kid-friendliness: This, Carl’s Jr. has a really cool indoor playground, with most fast food, places phasing out playgrounds. It is nice to see that this location has a temperature controlled playground for free!“
“Two weeks ago I got McDonald’s for my family of 5 for $54 and my 11 year old son was still hungry.Today I spent $49 at Hot Mess and not only did my son tap out after trying to eat his whole burger, I felt better about the ingredients going into my kids’ bodies.100% will be back, thank you Hot Mess Burgers & Fries ?? ❤️❤️“
“Wonderful little place in Kennewick with interesting menu, some classics done right, and some with a twist. The Meatball sub was exactly what a meatball sub should be, and I understand all done in house. Chile Lime Chicken Pasta was very good, if a bit decadent. I will go again, but there is stiff competition on Clearwater... One last point, the service was almost a throwback to another era, really friendly, really good.“
“We’ve been going to Bob’s Burgers for many years now. One nice thing about their restaurant is that they have a large back room that can accommodate large groups. Their menu has a nice selection of items with something for every taste. I really enjoy their homemade potato salad and their jojo potato wedges. The Burger dip is my go to meal. Get it with both au jus and barbecue sauce. My husband enjoys their fish and chips. There are a couple of items that they no longer serve. They used to have the most amazing chicken salad with apples and bleu cheese and their jalapeño popper burger was a favorite. Their cocktail menu, though not large, has some great options. One of their signature drinks is the Hurricane. I think that is the biggest draw for me.“
“My friend and I went to breakfast on Valentine's Day morning we each had an omelet and both of them were delicious. Our server was fantastic she kept us in drinks and condiments and was quick to grab a leftovers box for me when I asked. The price was competitive.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian meals available all clearly marked on the menu.“
“Was very impressed by the burgers we had. Good fat to meat ratio and the jalepeno burger had tons of SPICEY jalepenos. They hand bread their fish, chicken, zucchini and cauliflower. We tried the zucchini and cauliflower, and it was amazing! The service was great. Right off the 395!“
“All of the Bruchi’s in the Tri-Cities are consistently good. No matter which one I’ve gone to (there are 4), the food is great, service is friendly and quick and the restaurant is clean. I used to always order the Malibu chicken sandwich meal, but have recently switched to o the impossible burger with Swiss and mushrooms. It’s made me a believer that plant based is better than beef burgers. The fry sauce is so delicious and I love the crinkle cut fries…so yummy!“
“Carl's jr or at least the know I go to usually are a very good customer experience. I visitva hardees that could use some help but even they give a good experience and as long as you are in the American fare side the foid is very passable for what it is. Why I keep stopping at CKE Enterprises and eating.“
“First off, the atmosphere and interior is calm and mostly clean. Plenty of places to sit.Their fries were very good, especially when paired with the fry sauce. Their hot sandwiches were ok. We got the Bacon Cheddar and the French dip. The au jus for the French dip was very salty. The sandwich bread though is super delicious!I do think 5 dollars to make the sandwich a combo (with fries and drink) is a bit steep.I will be trying a different sandwich next time! The turkey club sounds very good!“
“One of the best chain burger places around.Anytime we make the trip to Tri-Cities, this is one of our stops.Their sandwiches are awesome, too.Bold, unique flavor that can come with a pound of fries!Kid-friendliness: Parents bring their kids here all the time.“
“The restaurant was clean, and my daughter loved the play area, and reported that it was clean inside. There was hand sanitizer available as well.Kid-friendliness: There is a dedicated play area inside.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.“
“Been stopping at El Fat Cat for lunch for years. It is the most reasonably priced, and consistently delicious food of any restaurant in the Tri Cities. Not to mention the incredible staff. Every time I am there, it brightens my day and I leave with a smile. Incredible staff and delicious food….what more can ya ask for? Thank you El Fat Cat!“
