Today was our first day trying out Sonic. My son was excited to try the shakes. They weren’t busy I was the only one in the drive thru and the girl at the window has horrible customer service.m since the moment She opened the window. And when I asked her for ketchup and ranch she made a face. she was in a hurry to get back to her conversation with her coworker. I never understand why people that don’t obviously like customer service work in customer service….
I didn't give it a 1 star because I do understand a little about being short staffed, even if that was the issue, I don't really know. Been trying for multiple days at different times of the day just to grab a slushee and we have been told that they're out. I also understand because it's summer and hot but man to try multiple times and be out every time. My food was eh. There was a long line in the drive through so I get why it was cold. This Sonic location is currently CLOSED: I drove by today and it looked totally abandoned, the ordering menus were all gutted, and there was only one car in the lot. They had barricades up at the entrance and a small sign saying they were closed due to an ownership change. No indication of when or if they would reopen.
