I showed up a little after 1:30 pm to pick up an order made on the app for a coworker and make my own order. No answer at the order board, went to the window and knocked no one showed up. Called the store no one answered the phone. My coworker paid for an order never received.
** edited to mention the GM. He’s doing his best with a short crew. Even tho he has been working nonstop he and his team have kept a positive attitude and are very upbeat even more importantly the GM is a kind man. Keep up the great work!!This is honestly the best BK I’ve ever been to. **Shout out to the drive thru crew and cooks.
