Had a great time in our private touring with Wayne to learn how he makes his absolutely delicious Kombucha! We also did a vertical tasting of the same flavor from different batches. Very interesting idea and fun experience! After all the tasting, he also offered free pack of kombucha to take with us on our trip. We really enjoyed them in the mountains! Highly recommend.
After a quick search online, I was able to find the folks at Seattle Kombucha Company. They shipped me a complete 5 gallon kit, including a monster starter batch that produced delicious buch.
