Some people who left the review mentioned they came here when they were younger back in the 90s. I don't think it is the same owner now. I can tell the restaurant used to be an American Fish and Chips place. Now, it's run by several Indians. DO NOT EAT HERE This place is in the backside of a disgusting gas station, dirt and grime everywhere, and I even witnessed another customer trying to give someone on the kitchen side a can of Raid! Two other orders came out before mine, and when it came out the guy working the kitchen wanted me to check it with the guy running the gas station, but gas station guy got upset when I asked him to put gloves on while checking my food. I ordered thru grubhub. The driver was quick, kind, and very accurate. I paid $6.99 for a milkshake that was 2 inches from being full. At the widest part of the cup of course. When I called the man that answered the phone at Skipper's didn't even say Skipper so I thought I had the wrong number. Then he acted angry when I asked him if it was Skipper's.
