Spice on Curve showed up to my place of work today. It was about 11:15, I was the first one there. The owner (and genius behind the super hot cook-stove) asked me if I had tried their food before, and then if I liked spicy. I told him no and yes in that order. He said he wanted to give me the chicken tika masala, and lamb curry. I was debating getting exactly that, so my assumption is that he is literally psychic. I handed him my card and waited. A true spice of life. This food truck AND its owners are one of a kind. I can't eat Indian anywhere else ever again. The love, ethics and care taken to craft their food is exceptional! Trust me I've seen them in action at their prep kitchen.... GET SOME PPL IT WONT DISSAPOINT!
