Let me preface by stating that this place is not open to the public. You have to either work at REI HQ or come join someone for lunch who works there. The cafe is a smorgasbord of local, fresh, seasonal, and organic items with a constantly changing menu. Writing as an employee. Not only does Guckenheimer treat their employees immensely well, but the food is delicious and is very high quality. There is a thoughtfulness everyday when preparing the menu.
