Bibi's food stands out because every morsel is packed with rich, deep, and delightful flavors, pleasing textures, and the care and love of the chef, Bibi, for the food and the stories they represent. We were a group of four. We sampled their hummus, dolme (the best I've had), eggplant meerza, marinated olives (the best I've had), labneh, and ghanoosh. We also had Roasted Cauliflower with tahini. I've been in the area over 10 years now and confident I have tried all the different Persian spots in the Puget Sound. This one is the best, not only for the food but the staff are the friendliest and really take care of you. The food across the board is higher quality and more expertly prepared than anywhere else I've seen.
