Absolutely terrible area, and average McD's food, but the service is always good here. The restaurant can't do anything about the area. However everything within their control is more than satisfactory.
Defenate improvements made throughout and Randy was easy to communicate with and immediately fixed any issues that came up abruptly and unexpectedly when another employee had mixed up an order with ours and she refused to acknowledge anything wrong ...Randy thank you for taking the time to take a second look and re read our reciept to fix her error...dignity and respect from this quality well trained manager..

Would love to be able to give better rating but some of the staff here are out right disrespectful, discriminate against those with disabilities such as autism and refuse to give customers items they have already paid for that were not given when they were handed their order. I have never had such a terrible interaction with someone who is supposed to be a manager but cannot seem to figure out how to speak to other in a respectful manner, handle issues with customers appropriately...read full review
