Zen is a charming Parkland restaurant that serves ramen and sushi burritos; I haven't had ramen in about six months, but everyone says it's delicious. When we go to Zen, it's for the kid. He loves the firecracker shrimp and Miso Ramen. My wife gets the Spicy Ramen and I get the Shoyu Ramen. The food is always great, the customer service excellent, and we have never had a bad experience. The unique thing about this restaurant in Lakewood, South of Tacoma, is the Naruto theme, it makes it just a touch more fun for the 12yo. The bathrooms are even themed, quite the experience.
