Fairly busy for a Tuesday evening. Don't sit near the door if it's cold outside. The door leaves cold air every time it's opened. Food was above average. Onions needed cut slightly smaller in the enchiladas. The comp chips need some salt.Salsa very good. Drinks are rather expensive as well as the food. Service was worth it. We would take company here.
Excellent food, and has been for a long time. Best sit-down Mexican food in town, really. The service is great as well. Saul is very friendly and responsive to customer needs.They've moved locations a few times, and the vibe has kinda suffered as a result. The atmosphere doesn't really align with the quality. But the food and service really make up for it.

We stopped in for lunch at their new location just across the street from the hospital. We were pleasantly surprised at the nice remodeling job they did before moving in. They totally redid the place; clean new restrooms, new tables and chairs, new booths, new counter and stools, small bar/lounge area in the back. Also, new paint and, thankfully, all that tin siding the "Red Kitchen" had is gone. It's a clean, warm, friendly, welcoming place with a good menu and prompt service....read full review
