“This place as a super friendly atmosphere. My family and I we love the quesabirrias and their vegetarian options. ALSO if you want real authentic mexican food this place is. I see that some complains about their food taking forever well if you want fast food than try a different restaurant because seriously their homemade tortillas are the best! The quality of their food is amazing.“
“(Beth's mom) The food's always good. My husband and I enjoy the fajitas, our daughter likes the quesadillas and we all like their chips. Also, I've discovered that since I had Covid last year, their sour cream is the only type i can stand to eat. For some reason, all of the other sour creams, and yogurt, taste & smell sour or spoiled now but theirs doesn't have that effect on me. The people are always nice and polite. Anyway, thought I'd write a review finally.“
“First time there and the food was great. Good friendly service. I had the shrimp and steak burrito, my husband had a chicken taco salad. Good flavor and amount. Everything was cooked fresh so it took a little while but it was worth it. Not a long time just not as fast as maybe a burger place. Only complaint would be that it is a little noisy as we ate inside. But it isn't a big place so that is to be expected.“
“So, as you all know, dear readers, I am a nightmare fan of clean. I didn't go in, so no comment there. I did, however, be very specific of what I wanted, quantity, sauce, and you know what? The 1st time, they nailed it! NAILED! The 2nd time - miss! Since when is a Baja Burrito (rolled burrito) a bean burrito? Twice? And when you ask for two containers of green sauce and get - none? And why, oh why, was this time SO different than my first experience? I ordered regular tacos the first time, and they were hot. Lettuce was crispy, a decent amount of cheese, and a firm piece of tomato on top. The 2nd time: Cheese? Uhm, okay, if you say so... I think? Some of the lettuce was brown. How does that happen? And the food wasn't as hot this time as the first! It was night and day from 1st time to 2nd. I still think I got someone else's order! Theirs must've been bloody close to mine to make it such a contrasted experience. But brown lettuce?“
“My father-in-law took a nasty fall the first of June 2023 and my wife has been caring for him full-time since then. We live in Portland, Oregon so I come up to Longview once a month to give her a break from her dad, and him from her.His doctor's appointments require us to drive by Don Angel Taqueria and I'd been wondering about this place so today I stopped in for a quick lunch break and was happy I did.Don Angel has an extensive menu that includes breakfast along with many combination meals, and limited childrens options. You order at the service counter and they bring your meal to you. I ordered a couple of carnitas tacos $3 each and was served in a few minutes later. The tacos were topped with onions and green salsa on street size corn tortillas. Delicious! What set this place a part from the ones I've been to in most places is their salsa bar (dine in only). It's stocked with at least a dozen different toppings, salsas, pickled vegetables, and homemade hot sauces to make your order special. The staff's friendly, place spotless, quick service, food is very good and the prices are moderate. Hands down better than any "Mexican" food chain restaurant you'd find. I'll definitely be heading back for a torta or some tamales soon.“
“Such a cool place to visit. They have excellent salsa with a bit of a kick to it. Restaurant is well taken care of and the service is excellent.Dietary restrictions: I was able to ask for no cheese and sour cream. They gave me info about their rice that helped.“
“We stopped in for lunch at their new location just across the street from the hospital. We were pleasantly surprised at the nice remodeling job they did before moving in. They totally redid the place; clean new restrooms, new tables and chairs, new booths, new counter and stools, small bar/lounge area in the back. Also, new paint and, thankfully, all that tin siding the "Red Kitchen" had is gone. It's a clean, warm, friendly, welcoming place with a good menu and prompt service. Oh, the food was good too. We'll definitely be back. Kudos to our new friends Martin and Zulma! I'll add some photos next time.Parking: Plenty of parking. The parking areas have room for maybe a couple dozen cars with room for three or four more on the street.“
“Don Pedro's is our go to Mexican food place. They are very consistently good. We have been here many many times. So they pass our three strikes rule. I usually get a combo burrito or the all meat burrito. I've had the carnitas and the carne molida in my burrito. My wife usually gets three street tacos, which are on tortillas and they're about 4" in size. She likes them with the carne molida. If I get the all meat burrito I like to get a side of rice and beans with it. They are always good as well.My wife has gotten the breakfast burritos here many many times and is always happy with them.Their burritos are always very large and filling. We don't usually ever get drinks here because we take our meal home to eat. We always go through the drive-thru.The staff here that we order from is always on top of things and very nice. There are a few that are our favorites. However all the staff that we have ordered from here are always personable, professional and nice.“
“We are visiting and stopped on a whim. The flavor was great. Very authentic. The Baria was fantastic! The carne asada was very tough. I could not cut it with the table knife and could barely chew it. There are only a few tables to sit at, a lot of people were ordering take out. The Easter themed Christmas tree was super cute.“
“Good food good service what more can you ask for except free food. ?Parking: New location opening soon adjacent to current location.Kid-friendliness: My kid was delighted with the food asked if Jr. would tell him the recipe to his food lol.Wheelchair accessibility: Eazy peezy for the disabled“
