I've been coming to Cafe Rio since discovering the original in St George, Ut. many years ago. We always had excellent service & outstanding food, with decent portions. Since moving to WA we've discovered they have one in Lynwood & we're so excited. But over the last several years, the service is seriously lacking & the portions are so much smaller. Need quality check. There is no professional management.We visit every week but the quality of food and tase is different every time. Beans and rices are uncooked and sweet pork were not marinated enough.Sometimes they give so small portion of food for the proper dish. All staffs quit easy and not friendly to customer.

Whoa. What is going on with this new tiny bowl? This location was already on thin ice for service, now this dinky bowl with no tortilla?? There is like no salad in this salad. Talk about Shrinkflation! Wow, corporate is really trying to shutter some stores huh? I was so excited when Cafe Rio came to Lynnwood, but now look forward to what will replace this prime location. I'm sorry to say that I will never come back to Cafe Rio unless they go back to their roots. RIP.
