They have greatly improved this IHOP since I last went, the bathroom before was a total disaster and had a broken toilet, it's been renovated since and is very clean. The service is wonderful as always and the food is SO GOOD!! This is such a great place. Cody was the only waiter on the floor and had to deal with the chaos of 12 people coming in, and he handled it with poise and friendliness. He needs a raise or promotion or something. Thanks cody!
