We have been eating here since the pandemic and the food NEVER disappoints! This spot deserves 10 stars not only for the food but for the AMAZING service! We will keep coming back and sending more people this way!
Service is always good, tap selection is always good. Absolutely no qualms there. However, the barbecue is probably some of the most inconsistent I've ever had from a quality perspective. The sauces and flavors are great, but the meat ranges from perfectly done to dry as a bone. The first time I went the wings were great, so was the sausage and so was the brisket. Stopped in and eyes were bigger than our stomachs, but thankfully Moonshine is open later than other BBQ restaurants on the Northside of Seattle.
